Sweet Deceiver on CD?

The "Sweet Deceiver" album was never released on CD in its pure, original version. However, disc 1 of the double-CD "Las Tierras del Viento" was named "Sweet Deceiver". Stangely, this CD version has a different track list than the original album:

Differences between the Sweet Deceiver LP and CD

There are some remarkable differences between the LP version and the CD version of "Sweet Deceiver".

Only tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 of the original LP are on the CD version.
Note the spelling differences of "Little piece of my heart" and "Little bit of my heart". Doug Morter, who composed this track, actually sings "bit", so "piece" must have been a little mistake on the CD sleeve.
Track 8 of the LP, "Rings around the moon", was sung by Chris. It was not released on the CD version of "Sweet Deceiver". The song did appear on "Northlands", disc 2 of "Las Tierras del Viento", but that is a different version, sung by Linda. This Linda version is also on the CD "One to One" (re-titled as "Rings around the moon"). In 2000 the original LP version of Chris's "Rings around the moon" appeared on the 2CD "Where to now?", where it mistakenly was mentioned as "previously unreleased". Not totally correct: "previously unreleased on CD" would have been more precise. Are you lost? Me to...
Tracks 9 and 12 of the original LP were released on the "Midnight Blue" LP and CD.
Track 11 of the LP, "The last dancer" by Doug Morter, has never been released on CD.

The CD track list is the one as described in the book "The complete works of Magna Carta", but with the cover of the LP-version as shown above! The book does not even mention the 2CD "Las Tierras del Viento", so in a way the book mentions the wrong track list.
